I am having problems receiving email, what can I do?

You will be receiving email via our POP3 server, if you are experiencing problems, please check the following:

  • Make sure you can view WebPages ok and you can see the internet
  • Ensure the username and password are entered in lowercase
  • Ensure you are entering the correct username and passwords (Maybe copy and paste the details from an email that we have sent you)
  • Ensure the incoming mail server is correct; please check the details we have emailed you.
  • If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our support team
