How do I increase the size of my mailbox?

Mailboxes have a fixed size of 400MB and cannot be increased.

This is because POP3 mailboxes are not designed to be a long term mail storage system but a temporary store until the user downloads email from the mailbox to their computer.

Mailboxes often become corrupted if they become too large.

In order to ensure a smooth service for all our customers, we recommend that you download your mail from the server regularly.

Please note that as part of our server house keeping mailboxs which have not been checked for 100 days will be automatically deleted.
