Autoresponders
Step 1
Log in to the control panel and click on the Autoresponders icon.
Step 2
To set up a new auto responder you need to fill in the form on the page. Enter the first part of the email address into the box next to Email Address. Leave the Subject box blank to reply with the same subject of type in a custom subject into the box. Leave the Content type as Plain text. Then enter the message that you want to send back into the Message box. Leave the Once the autoresponse is sent forward this email to box blank and click create.
Step 3
This has now set up a new auto responder and will be sent back to every email that that email account receives.
Step 4
To remove the autoresponder you can either disable it so that you can use it again or delete it if you are not going to need it again. Tick the appropriate box anf click Modify.
