Email Accounts In Outlook 2003 (Most Common)
Step 1
Load Outlook 2003 and then click on "Tools" and the "E-mail Accounts..."
You might need to expand the list.
Step 2
On the e-mail accounts window click the "Add a new e-mail account" radio button then click the "Next" button.
Step 3
Select "POP3" and then press the "Next" button
Step 4
In the Incoming server: Enter the incoming mail server specified in our email. The Outgoing server: is the same as your incoming mail server. "Username" and "Password" are both specified in our email.

Step 5
Click on the "More Settings ..." button in the "E-mail Accounts" window and then select the "Outgoing Server" tab.
Step 6
Tick "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
Select "User same settings as my incoming mail server" radio button
Step 7
Select "Next" button

Step 8
Select the "Finish" button
Step 9
Click on the "Send/Receive" button
